  1. An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation is entitles to a refund within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal and state holidays) of signing and enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid no later than 30 days of notification, the school shall provide the 100% refund.
  2. An applicant requesting cancellation more than three days after signing up an enrollment agreement and making payment may use funds deposited as a credit or to purchase products.
  3. Students must complete his/her course(s) within 30 days of their start date. A student will be determined to be withdrawn from the institution if the student has not attended any class for 30 days.
  4. Any holder of this Enrollment Agreement is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods and services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof, recovery here under by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor.
  5. Students will valid and binding contracts (Enrollment Agreement) who withdraw after scheduled classes begin are responsible for full tuition and waive all rights to the refund of any monies paid to date.
